On my next routine starting in about a week I am going to do Rope Pull-Ups after my Olympic combo. I was wondering which would be better for grip (especially
grabbing a gi in jiujitsu) using my 3/4" rope or my 1 1/2" rope? Or I could even dig out my 2" rope. Maybe I could alternate each set? I'll
be starting with 5 rounds of combo then rope pull-up.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
