I read that there are more noncombat injuries from sprained ankles than combat injuries. It got me to thinking about where most people train--the gym which
has nice flat floors.
Did some research and found some exercises to add to my workouts.

& I balance on the curb-type thing that circles the track. I also occasionally
use my Bongo Board
& some BOSU stuff
